Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Here’s everything you need to know about our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide in your billing details.
Please note the following:
- Shipping fees, COD charges, custom duties, and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds can take a minimum of 15 working days to process from the date we receive the returned jewelry at our store or central warehouse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

- You may be required to provide your Order ID, photos, and/or an unboxing video for verification.
- Once verified, your case will be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@quene.co.in.
- If an order has already been dispatched, any refund will have the forward and return shipping costs deducted.
