Thank you for shopping with Quene. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Below is an overview of our shipping policy.


Processing and Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • For customized or made-to-order jewelry, additional time may be required. We will notify you of the estimated dispatch date for such orders.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days across India.
  • Please be aware that any delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner disruptions are beyond Quene’s control.

Shipping Charges

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders, Pan India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for a small additional fee of ₹80 per order. Please note that COD is not available for customized or made-to-order products.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.
  • Tracking information is generally activated and visible within 24 hours of shipment.

Dispute in Delivery

If you face any issues with your delivery, such as the package being marked as delivered but not received, missing items, or an empty packet, please note the following:

  • All issues must be reported to us via WhatsApp at +91 9953550125 within 36 hours of the delivery time stated on the tracking.
  • Claims reported after 72 hours will not be entertained.
  • Quene’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
